My name is Jonathan, but friends call me Burger! I am a multi-generational woodworker hailing from the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast. I have been surrounded by woodcraft and timber projects my whole life. Now days I am cultivating my own style and taste while assembling an ever-evolving shop in the Rio Grande Valley.  I like to think that there is as much sawdust as blood in me these days!

I enjoy live edge furniture, large dining and conference tables, Mid-Century-Modern concepts, and everything walnut! Currently expanding styles and projects that I am willing to take on, so feel free to reach out!

You can find me hanging with Dusty the shop dog, exploring the mountains of the Southwest, camping, playing disc-golf, and hanging out in the desert! (All of which involve good beer).

Hi!!! My humans call me Dusty. I am the paw-ject manager for BurgerBuilt and chief sniffer in quality control.

I too enjoy dining tables, but never when they’re empty. You can find me snacking on carrots, sleeping, sunning, or all of the above!
